Code for Tanzania uses data to give citizens hyper-local and hyper-personal information to make better informed decisions about bread & butter issues. Code for Tanzania also builds technology tools to amplify citizen voices.  We are seeking talented graphics designers who are detail-oriented, organized and have a strong background in both print and digital media. The best candidate will also have strong experience with layout. Prioritization, communication, and an ability to meet requested deadlines are a must, and the applicant must be able to accept both positive and negative feedback on their work as part of the creative process.

Create compelling visual content
Design for high-impact online and offline marketing campaigns
Create social media and web graphics
Web UI design experience a plus

Solid graphic design experience with tools such as  Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch
Skills in graphic design, with focus on layout, typography, and colors
A good eye for details when creating assets (illustrations, visuals, etc.)
Able to work with other team members

Field Marketer

Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking to hire a Field Marketer. Min exp. of 2-3 years preferably from Insurance or Healthcare industry.

The person should be able to:

  • Promote Scope of services to outside Doctors, Institutions, Insurance Companies,  Corporates  and SME’s  within the assigned territory.
  • Backhand support for all marketing activities like Camps, OPD arrangements, coordination with medical & Para medical staff & other requisite arrangement.
  • Meet all referral & corporate admissions on a daily basis.
  • Promote Health Checkup to details of Patient footfall & Positive patient.
  • Informing the team about all concerned referral doctors & updating of an additional one which has not covered by team.
  • IP patient feedback report and Give an immediate response to all the issues which require immediate attention & put best efforts to solve them.
  • Should present/demonstrate about the facilities of the hospital to the Doctors and health care providers
  • Work closely with consultants and team members to arrange CMEs, Medical workshops, camps, patient interaction

Minimum Qualifications

· University degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
